WSOP 2010 omits some of the brightest and gifted
The world series of poker is to begin its yearly tournament to find out who is the current best player on the world. But when looking at the list of players currently registered we have noticed that some of the younger exciting players in the world are not included.
Professional online blackjack Players must be voted by their peers to feature in the tournament and on the list, so we can only assume that the the gifted youths challenging have not made many friends or are still regarded by their peers as too young.
There is plenty of time for this to change with voting still taking place and will remain for the next two months.
On the list the usual contenders for the title appear such as Phil Hellmuth, Chris Fergusson and Erik Seidel. Of the players the youngest is Antonio Esfandiari who is 30, this means that the young players of the world will not be represented in the years game if it doesn’t change.
The Word Series of Tournament of Champions have been running this for the last 6 years though in 2007 – 09 they decided to take a break. Originally started as $2 million Sit and Go Tournament, this online Poker news year the organisers have decided to do it a bit differently and allow for the playing public to have their say. The public will get to choose 20 of the 27 professional players who get to play in the tournament, this will be done exclusively on their website.
The 7 other seats have been assigned to 3 of the last winners of the tournament including Annie Duke, the current champions in Europe Barry Shulman and the WSOP main event champion Joe Cada. The last remaining seats will be given to qualifiers from the events sponsors.
